Rivelle Beachwear Corp. is the business responsible for the Rivelle website and experiences described here. Our contact details appear on this page.
Where this notice applies
It applies when you browse our website, contact Rivelle, participate in The Places You Shine or Moments, activate or use Rivelle Private, and otherwise communicate directly with us.
Purchases currently take place through TikTok Shop. TikTok processes activity on its platform under its own terms and privacy notice. If TikTok or a customer provides order information to Rivelle so that we can fulfill or support an order, this notice applies to Rivelle's handling of that information.
Information we may handle
- Identity, contact, delivery and customer-care information.
- Rivelle Passport number, account credentials, preferences and Private eligibility.
- Moments submissions, including approved public-post links, captions, dates, locations and images you choose to share.
- Messages, consent choices and records needed to respond to requests.
- Essential session information and technical or security logs required to operate and protect our services.
Please do not send government identification, financial details or sensitive information unless Rivelle specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
Why we use information
We use personal information to provide requested services; verify eligibility and secure accounts; administer Moments and Private; fulfill and support purchases when information is shared with us; respond to you; prevent misuse; comply with law; and improve our services.
Depending on where you live, these activities may rely on performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or Rivelle's legitimate interests when those interests do not override your rights.
Communications and marketing
Operational messages about an account, submission or request are separate from marketing. We do not treat participation in Moments or Private as automatic consent to promotional email. Where consent is required, we will ask separately and you may withdraw it at any time.
How information may be shared
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, storage, security, communications and support, including Vercel and Supabase where applicable. We may also disclose information when required by law, during a legitimate corporate transaction, or to a partner only when needed to deliver a benefit you request. Providers and partners receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use the Rivelle website for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International processing
Rivelle operates from the United States and may work with providers in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual, organizational or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Images and public posts
Linking or submitting a public post for a Moment does not automatically grant Rivelle unlimited advertising rights. Any broader use of your image, name or content will be handled under the relevant program terms, your instructions or a separate permission where required.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute obligations. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about sharing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or contact your local privacy authority.
Write to care@rivellebeachwear.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some legal exceptions may apply.
Children
Rivelle's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Additional age protections may apply in your location.
External destinations and changes
Links to TikTok, Instagram and other services take you to environments Rivelle does not control. Review their privacy choices before using them. We may update this notice as our services evolve; the date above shows the latest revision.
