By using this website or Rivelle Private, you agree to these terms. The Places You Shine and Moments may also have specific program terms presented at the point of participation; those terms govern that program if there is a conflict.
Shopping through TikTok
Rivelle does not currently process purchases on this website. Links may take you to Rivelle's TikTok Shop, where product availability, price, payment, delivery, return and platform terms are presented. Review the applicable listing and TikTok terms before purchasing. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Moments and Private
Eligibility, approval and access depend on the applicable program rules and verification. Private benefits may be personal, limited, invitation-only, non-transferable, subject to availability and changed or retired as the experience evolves. A benefit has no cash value unless Rivelle expressly says otherwise in writing.
Rivelle will not remove a benefit already lawfully earned where doing so would violate applicable law or an express written commitment.
Your account and credentials
Keep your password, Passport number, NFC tag, QR code and other access credentials private. Do not copy, sell, transfer or share them. Tell Rivelle promptly if you believe access has been lost or compromised. We may pause access while investigating misuse or protecting the member.
Intellectual property
The Rivelle name, marks, designs, images, text, interfaces and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rivelle and protected by law. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be reproduced, modified, sold or used to imply endorsement without written permission.
Appropriate use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, abuse program benefits or use Rivelle services unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Rivelle, members, partners or the public.
External services
Links to TikTok, Instagram, Moments partners and other services are provided for convenience or to deliver an experience. Those services operate under their own terms, policies and availability. Rivelle is not responsible for an external platform's independent conduct.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivelle is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising solely from use of this informational website. We do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by Florida law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. We may update these terms as our services evolve; the revision date above will change.
